Benger Getting Stick from the Left and the Right
Level 7
: 400/800, 100 ante
Paul Volpe has joined the High Roller after busting the Main Event and wasted little time in needling Griffin Benger about how big his ego has gotten since he won the last High Roller in Berlin. Benger saw the funny side of the banter but asked his friend to be quiet while he battled Martin Finger to his left.
The action folded around to Benger in the small blind and he raised to 2,100. Finger peeled from the big blind to see a flop appear. Benger continued for 1,800 and was called. From there both players checked down the turn and river.
Binger announced an ace but mucked after Finger opened .
