Team Pros Force River Folds
Level 1
: 50/100, 0 ante
It's not always easy to find a fold on the river when you've invested so much into a pot up to that point. Tim Adams and Taylor Paur had to do that in hands just now.
Adams was heads up with Angel Guillen after he was the only player to call a 300 raise pre flop. The Team PokerStars Pro went on to bet 400, 1,050 and 2,200 on each street of a board. Adams stuck with it but the last bet was too much for him to call.
Moments later Richard Toth was battling in a big hand with his neighbour, Taylor Paur. On the turn of a board, Toth led for 750 from the cut-off and was raised to 1,900 by Paur. Toth came back with a big raise to 5,600 and Paur called after some thought.
The river fell as and Toth led for 11,800. Paur admitted defeat and folded.
