Fun and frolics in the sun have been put on hold by the remaining 15 players over the last three days with all of them dreaming of lifting the Main Event trophy and collecting a staggering 185,000 in prize money.

Guido Pieraccini is the chip leader with 7,350,000 which is around a fifth of the total chips in play. Pieraccini is a regular on the Pokerstars 1k circuit and back in 2011 he won an IPT title at San Remo for 32,400

He will return as one of the short stacks, but his opponents will need to keep an eye on him.

Second in chips is Spains Artus Gimenez who is not afraid of confrontation at the table. In the last hour of play, he sent three players to the rail to increase his stack to 6,350,000.
