Bain Hits ROYAL, then Picks Up ACES

Level 7 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Michelle Bain
Michelle Bain

Michelle Bain moved all in preflop and was called by a player to put her at risk.

Bain flipped over K?K? and was ahead of her opponent's 6?6?, then she improved on the turn Q?A?10?K? to a set of kings, and then improved yet again to a royal flush when the J? smacked down on the river to win her the pot.

Two hands later, a player made it 7,000 to go when Bain moved all in for 24,400 and received a call.

The player flipped over 10?10? but he was in bad shape as Bain rolled over A?A? for a big lead.

The runout of J?K?5?7?7? provided no bad beats and Bain was shipped yet another pot for another double.

Outlaw Good with the Doyle

Level 7 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

After an open to 1,600, Henry Outlaw three-bet to 4,100 and was called only by Craig Ashley.

The two went heads-up to a flop of 9?10?7? and Outlaw checked, Ashley bet 5,500, and Outlaw called.

Outlaw then checked dark, and Ashley checked back when the 5? rolled off on the turn, sending them to the A? river.

Both players decided to check once more, which prompted Outlaw to table 10?2? for a pair of tens and Ashley hastily mucked.

Cedillo Gets there Against Peden's Set

Level 5 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Short-stacked Alex Cedillo moved all in for his last 5,500 and was quickly called by Kelly Peden to put him at risk.

Alex Cedillo: K?9?All in
Kelly Peden: Q?Q?

Peden was ahead with her pocket queens, but the flop of A?Q?J? was a doozy as she made a set, but Cedillo had a huge straight flush draw. and just like that, the turn was the 9? to give him the flush and the 6? failed to pair the board, awarding him the pot for the double.

New WSOP Online Poker Site Merges Three US States; 30 Online Bracelet Events Scheduled

Level 5 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
WSOP.com
WSOP.com

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is making a move that will change the online poker game in the US with the launch of WSOP Online, a new platform that will bring players from three states together.

Poker players in Nevada and New Jersey are already competing against each other on WSOP.com, while those in Michigan have a separate single-state site. But that is changing with the trio of states being merged together on one online poker site ahead of the 2024 WSOP. Pennsylvania's WSOP site will not be part of the shared liquidity deal.

On top of the merger news, the WSOP has announced 30 online bracelet events this summer on the new WSOP Online.
