Nelson and Jarosz Trade Chips
Level 13
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Ken Jarosz opened to 20,000 and then Dean Nelson moved all in for 43,000. The big blind thought about calling for a good while but seemed concerned that Jarosz was behind him and eventually decided to fold while Jarosz called.
Dean Nelson: A?K?
Ken Jarosz: A?8?
Nelson was in a good position to double with his superior holding, and the runout of K?6?J?5?4? gave him a pair of kings to seal his victory and he was awarded the pot.
Ironically, the very next hand, Jarosz moved all in with 7?7? and Nelson called with A?8?, but the runout kept Jarosz's sevens in the lead and he received some of his chips back.
