Scott Schwalich was next to act and raised to 14,000. Davis tanked for a while, but elected to fold.
Miller was torn. She told Schwalich she flopped a straight and didn't seem to get much of a read off him. After a few moments she put the rest of her chips in, which was a raise to Schwalich.
It was barely more than he had originally bet, but he didn't call the bet before he exposed his hand. As a result, he won the hand and eliminated Miller, but he also got a one round penalty for exposing his hand with action pending.
