Mangold Wins Pot With Top Pair

Jason Mangold limped from under the gun and the players in the hijack, on the button, and in the small blind all joined the party. The big blind then raised to 2,300 and everybody called, taking action five ways to the flop 
.
The small blind checked and the big blind made a continuation-bet of 3,000. Mangold called and everybody else folded.
Action then went heads up to the turn 
and the big blind fired another barrel for 3,000 again. Mangold called. The river fell 
and both players checked, taking the hand to showdown.
The big blind showed 
for a pair of nines and Mangold tabled 
for a pair of tens which was good to take in the pot and Mangold now finds himself with over three starting stacks early into Level 4.
