Meglich Makes the Right Call
There was 215,000 in the pot from three-way preflop action between Glenda McCall in the big blind and Robert Meglich and Jeff Banghart, who were both in middle position.
The flop came and McCall checked. Meglich bet 60,000 and received two calls. The turn then fell . All three players checked, bringing the river . Both McCall and Meglich checked to put action on Banghart, who put out a bet of 200,000. McCall quickly let her hand go and Meglich went into the tank.
Eventually, Meglich tossed out chips to call, tabling after committing to a showdown. Banghart saw Meglich's jacks and tens with an ace kicker and looked back at his cards to make sure he read them correctly before sending them to the muck, resulting in the pot being shipped to Meglich.
