A few hands later, Macioce raised to 240,000 in the cutoff and Tomasz Kozub called from the big blind. The flop came 8?K?7?.
Macioce continued for 160,000, Kozub slid forward a tower of chips for a reraise, Macioce stuck in his last 1,020,000, and Kozub called.
