Really? Steve Billirakis? Did he play? We certainly didn't see him. It was a footnote that was filed away and soon forgotten in all the hubbub of the start of Day 2.
During the course of the day, a player on one of the outer tables started building a stack. He took his 40,000 starting count and increased it to more than 400,000. And who was that strange player with the massive stack?
None other than Steve Billirakis.
