Ara Melikian opened to 13,500 from early position, and the table folded all the way around to the blinds. In the big, Joe Sweeney put his last ~35,000 chips into the middle, and Melikian quickly called with 
. "How bad is it," he asked Sweeney. The two men have become friendly, and Sweeney tabled his inferior 
. "Oooh, I got your hearts, too," Melikian astutely noted.
The 
flop brought those hearts into play, but it was Sweeney with the leading pair of tens now. The turn 
was a blank, but the river 
gave Melikian the pot and the knockout with top pair.
