Petronack Gets Two from Beasy
Jeff Petronack saw action folded to him in the cutoff and opened to 2,800. Joseph Beasy was on the button and called. The two went heads up to a flop of and Petronack checked over to Beasy, who bet 3,500. Petronack called.
The turn was and Petronack checked again. Beasy continued, firing out another 6,000. Petronack thought for a bit and then put out chips to call. The river fell and Petronack checked for a final time. Beasy thought about his decision and then checked behind.
Petronack showed for a flopped set of queens and Beasy quickly mucked, tapping the felt to indicate a nice hand for Petronack. A few other players at the table agreed, letting out varying remarks that all led back to a compliment for a nice hand in one way or another.
