river with 750,000 in the middle, start-of-the-day chip leader Hadi Khordbin bet 450,000 and just had to get through Maksim Pak in the nine seat. Pak, however, had no plans of forfeiting the pot and raised it up to 1,285,000 with as many chips behind.
Khordbin gave it some thought and elected to fold.
