Gofman Remains Short; Yurasov Busts
Level 10
: 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Aleksandr Gofman started as the shortest stack and won a few small pots to boost his stack. Just now he had raised and picked up two callers on the outer tables including Ivan Leow on the button and Phil Ivey in the big blind. On the flop, Ivey check-folded to a bet of 4,700 by Gofman and a call by Leow.
On the turn, Gofman checked and folded to the shove of Leow.
Soon after, a raise by Leow saw fellow short stack Dmitry Yurasov push for some 14 big blinds with and Ivey reshoved with pocket jacks to isolate successfully. No over cards or clubs came to the rescue of Yurasov and he was eliminated.
Bartlomiej Machon is now on the same table after having re-entered not long ago.
