The first day of the Triton 100K Super High Roller, part of the 2019 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Europe festival, will kick off at 1 p.m. local time at the King's Resort in Rozvadov, Czech Republic. Igor Kurganov is in the lead with 743,000 from the 200,000 starting stack but he is followed by Michael Addamo with 552,000 in chips. Addamo already found success in Rozvadov when he won a bracelet at the WSOPE in 2018 to win a bracelet and €848,702.

No other than Phil Ivey is also still in the field. Ivey managed to bag 341,000 which is above average. He sits in seventh on the leaderboard at the moment and will start Day 2 with a little over forty big blinds. The average stack is at the moment 311,111 but that number will drop when new players register.

The tournament attracted 21 unique entries on the first day which were good for 28 total entries. Orpen Kisacikoglu had to reenter twice in the tournament and he ended the day with 300,000. Others that had to reenter the tournament include Kurganov, Charlie Carrel (440,000), Paul Phua (418,000), Cary Katz (170,000), and Kahle Burns (146,000). Teun Mulder, Ole Schemion, and Richard Yong all busted on Day 1 without reentering.

Other notables that made it through to Day 2 include partypoker team pros Sam Trickett (350,000) and Kristen Bicknell (218,000), Triton London crusher Wai Kin Yong (432,000), Triton co-founder Paul Phua (418,000), Phil Ivey (341,000), and Tony G (321,000).

Registration is still open for the first level of Day 2. Players can enter with a fresh 200,000 starting stack in the first level with blinds at 4,000/8,000 and a big blind ante of 8,000 and the second level of the day will be 5,000/10,000 with a 10,000 big blind ante. A few more entries are expected with late registration still open.

There will be a €25,000 Short Deck tournament kicking off at 9 p.m. local time later in the day. PokerNews will be providing coverage of both events and PokerGO will provide a stream for the second and final day of the €100,000 Triton Super High Roller. The blog will be on a thirty-minute delay.
