Level 31 has begun with blinds of 35,000/70,000 and an ante of 8,750, and "Stonniepokes" has taken the chip lead after winning a three-bet pot against Chris “rumpthumper” White that saw both players put 510,000 into the middle preflop before checking down a dangerous runout. When the two players reached showdown, "Stonniepokes" showed for nothing more than a pair, but it proved to be good and they took down the pot to overtake the chip lead.
In Level 30 with blinds of 30,000/60,000 and an ante of 7,500, Chris “rumpthumper” White opened to 150,000 and received calls from both "Stonniepokes" on the button and "TheRealJanJurik," who was in the small blind.
The three saw the flop come and "TheRealJanJurik" checked. White ade a continuation-bet of 150,000 and "Stonniepokes" called. "TheRealJanJurik" folded, taking action heads up to the turn where action checked through to the river . White checked once more and "Stonniepokes" made a bet of 240,000, which White called to take the hand to showdown.
"Stonniepokes" showed for aces up and White was unable to beat it. With the pot, "Stonniepokes" is now within a few big blinds of claiming the chip lead as five-handed play continues.
The five remaining players are on a five-minute break as Level 30 has begun and blinds have been raised to 30,000/60,000 with an ante of 7,500. Updated chip counts have been provided.
In Level 29 with blinds of 25,000/50,000 and an ante of 6,250, Chris “rumpthumper” White opened to 125,000 under the gun and "Dume27" called in the hijack. Action went heads up to a flop of and White made a continuation-bet of 125,000. "Dume27" called.
The turn came and White continued again, betting another 225,000. "Dume27" called once more and the river fell . White emptied the clip, firing a third barrel for 975,000, all but roughly 100,000 of both his and "Dume27's" stack sizes. "Dume27" called.
White tabled for a full house, nines full, and "Dume27" mucked to find themselves left with just under two big blinds. They were eliminated two hands later with ace-deuce in the big blind to the pocket jacks of "Malik256077," who was on the button.
Meanwhile, White now has amassed a sizeable chip lead as the tournament now continues five handed.

In Level 27 with blinds of 18,000/36,000 and an ante of 4,500, "Dume27" has overtaken the chip lead while both they and "Stonniepokes" have chipped up, while former chip leader "mooseman1710" now finds themselves sixth in chips with seven players still remaining.

"Bullsey8" picked up a huge sweat as the flop came to give "Million27" the nut flush draw. However, the rest of the runout was smooth sailing as the turn and river gave "Bullsey8" a pair of kings and scored them the double.
"Million27" was left with less than one big blind, and was eliminated moments later in 11th place.
With 10 remaining, "mooseman1710" has further increased their chip lead to over 2.1 million.
