Sudell Takes Buzgon's Bounty

Daniel Buzgon
Daniel Buzgon

In Level 7 with blinds of 600/1,200 and an ante of 150, Ryan “TheSims” Hohner raised to 2,400 from the cutoff, Derek "pompii" Sudell three-bet to 7,880 from the button and Daniel “leinad” Buzgon four-bet all in for 39,603 from the big blind.

Action was back on Hohner who quickly mucked his hand while Sudell put in the chips and the two players tabled their hands.

Daniel “leinad” Buzgon: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Derek "pompii" Sudell: {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

Buzgon was ahead with his made hand until the {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop appeared pairing Sudell's king.

The {3-Hearts} turn was no help to Buzgon, nor was the {9-Clubs} river and he re-entered the tournament.

Reyes Stays Aggressive Against Vanauken

In Level 4 with blinds of 300/600 and an ante of 75, Eric “alwaysliquid” Vanauken raised to 1,500 from under the gun and was called by Jaime "mooseman1710" Reyes from the cutoff, along with "slowmotion" from the big blind.
