"Stonniepokes" Gets a Double KO Before Registration Closes

"Stonniepokes"
"Stonniepokes"

In Level 18 with blinds of 4,000/8,000 and an ante of 1,000, "Stonniepokes" raised to 16,000 in early position and received a call from "Cptjb23" in middle position. "Kazzz" went all in for 25000 in the hijack and action folded around to "Fastrayjr19," who called in the big blind.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} and "Fastrayjr19" checked. "Stonniepokes" fired 28,250 into the side pot and "Cptjb23" raised all in for 124,000. "Fastrayjr19" quickly folded and "Stonniepokes" just as quickly called.

"Kazzz": {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
"Cptjb23": {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
"Stonniepokes": {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

A flopped set of tens proved to be good as "Stonniepokes" faded backdoor outs from both players on the turn {2-Spades} and river {4-Clubs} to complete the runout and ship the pot to bring their stack

So far, 278 entries have generated a total prize pool of $5,004. Just 46 remain.

"Meinhard1988" Wins Coin Flip To Double

"Meinhard1988"
"Meinhard1988"

"Meinhard1988" shoved for 81,725 under the gun and action folded around to "jsepp" on the button, who reraised all in for just under 200,000. The players in the blinds folded and the two were off to the races.

"Meinhard1988": {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
"jsepp": {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

A king was the first card out on the flop {k-Hearts}{4-Spades}{9-Spades}, giving "jsepp" a pair of kings. However, it also gave "Meinhard1988" a set of nines and the turn {8-Clubs} left "jsepp" drawing dead, ensuring the double for "Meinhard1988" as the river {10-Diamonds} completed the runout.

"Pescador" Fishes Out a Rivered Flush

"Pescador"
"Pescador"

In Level 15 with blinds of 2,500/5,000 and an ante of 625, there was 25,600 in the middle on a flop of {a-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and four players were in on the action. "Cptjb23" checked in the small blind and Anthony "Flawlessbinkage" Maio checked behind in the big blind. "Pescador" was next to act in middle position and bet 32,500, leaving just 25,000 behind. "akane614" raised to 65,000, prompting folds from the players in the blinds. "Pescador" then called.

"Pescador": {j-Spades}{7-Spades}
"akane614": {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

"Pescador" was behind but had loads of outs with their pair and flush draw and two chances at hitting. The turn {6-Hearts} left them with one shot, but it was all they would need as the river {9-Spades} completed the flush and scored them the double.

"Action61" Fulfilling Their Name

"Action61"
"Action61"

In Level 13 with blinds of 1,800/3,600 and an ante of 450, "Action61" jammed for 18,000 under the gun and saw Anthony "Flawlessbinkage" Maio shove for 28,000. Action folded back to "Mikethebutcher" in the big blind, who thought for a bit before calling.

"Action61": {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Anthony "Flawlessbinkage" Maio: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
"Mikethebutcher": {q-Clubs}{2-Spades}

The board ran out {k-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Spades} to earn "Action61" the triple with a set of jacks. "Mikethebutcher" won the small side pot and the accompanying bounty, while Maio re-entered.

On the following hand, "yats_denots" got all in with ace-nine against the ace-king "Action61" and spiked a nine to double and bring "Action61" back down to 17,500.
