Winners From the December Series

To give you an idea of the kind of big money payouts players will be looking at in this series, we figured we would post the results from the last series in December. Just like this series, the events lasted for a full week, with a few notables earning titles, including Jake "FerociousPanda" Toole, Alex "JinYang" Butcher, Stanton "Stonniepokes" Tentnowski, and Ryan "TheSims" Hohner.

Haberman Continues to Roll His Table

Blinds: 700/1,400

Michael IIIIIIIIIIIII Haberman has been steamrolling his table from the start tonight, and that is showing no signs of slowing down. In the latest hand, Haberman was heads up against "hoysrevenge13" on a completed board of {q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}. "hoysrevenge13" fired 14,700, about half the size of the pot, but Haberman wanted to play for more, as he moved all in.

"hoysrevenge13" thought for a bit before folding, and Haberman took down the pot to increase his chip leading stack to nearly 250,000.

Chin Shoves the River

Blinds: 300/600

We didn't catch the action until the river card was dealt, but there was still plenty of action to be seen. There was about 11,000 in the middle when Anthony "supremetny" Chin led for a small bet of 1,250. John Allan "treetrap" Hinds raised to up to 10,500, but Chin wasn't going anywhere, shoving all in for over 65,000.

Hinds thought for a bit before folding, and Chin scooped a nice pot.
