Binger vs. Van Til

Johannes Van Til is battling with a short stack against Michael Binger and is on a roller coaster this level.

In one hand both players checked after the flop came {4-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {6-Hearts} and Binger led for 3,300 after the {q-Clubs} turned. Van Til called. The river was the {a-Diamonds} and Binger checked to Van Til who fired 8,000. Binger put in a healthy check-raise to 28,000 and Van Til quickly folded.

Van Til got some of those chips back in a later hand. He opened to 3,500 with the button and Binger made the call. Both players checked the {k-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {8-Spades} flop and Binger checked again after the {k-Spades} turned. Van Til bet 4,500, Binger check-raised to 11,500 and Van Til called.

The river was another king, the {k-Clubs} , and Binger checked to Van Til who moved all in for 18,900. Binger went into the tank for an extremely long time, adjusting and readjusting himself in his chair before finally folding. Van Til did not say a word, rather he silently stacked his chips and prepared to keep chipping away.
