Timoshenko Busted by "Pretty Light" Hand
Yevgeniy Timoshenko has moved all in a handful of times during Level 22, and finally someone looked him up; David Peters.
Timoshenko open-shoved his last 120,000 or so from middle position, and the action folded to Peters in the small blind. He tanked for over a minute before calling, and the big blind got out of the way.
Timoshenko started to smile, and looked at Peters who began to chuckle.
"I'm pretty light," Peters announced, turning over .
Timoshenko tabled . "I was hoping for king-queen."
"Same thing," Peters responded.
The flop fell , vaulting Peters into a commanding lead.
"Ten!" Timoshenko said.
The turn was four-sided, but the was no help. Timoshenko was down to one last card, and the wasn't enough.
The two players exchanged "good games," and Timoshenko hit the rail.
