First in from middle position, Anthony Gregg opened to 44,000, and Mark Drover three-bet to 106,000 in the cutoff. Next door, Byron Kaverman came in from the cold with another raise to 235,000 total, and that folded Gregg without incident. Not Drover, though. He popped it right back up to 505,000, and Kaverman surrendered his cards back to the dealer.
