Savard Doubles Through Seiver in Dramatic Fashion

Joe Kuether opened the action with a raise to 200,000 and it folded over to Jean-Pascal Savard in the small blind and he moved all in over the top for 1.01 million. As soon as the words left Savard's mouth, Scott Seiver shoved all in over the top from the big blind. Kuether folded and the hands were tabled.

Seiver was in a dominating position and looked poised to reduce the field by one. The flop came down , keeping Seiver's jacks in the lead. The paired the board on the turn, but it also gave Savard four to a diamond flush. Savard ended up making that flush after the completed the board on the river. He was able to score the double to about 2.3 million. Seiver, on the other hand, dropped to 2.15 million.
