Hand 58: Jean-Noel Thorel opened for 100,000 with 
on the button. Kaverman woke up with 
in the small blind and moved in for 1,345,000. O'Dwyer folded right away and Thorel decided to do the same after thinking about it for a bit.
"I fold a pair," Thorel said.
"A good pair?" Kaverman asked.
"Not so good, or I would put it in. But a pair..." Thorel replied with a smile.
Hand 59: O'Dwyer opened the small blind with

completed the board and O'Dwyer bet 200,000 into 455,000. Thorel called instantly with his rivered pair but he had to muck as O'Dwyer showed the flush.
