Bouquet Hero-Calls Peters

Level 29 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Rui Bouquet limped in from the small blind and David Peters checked his option. The flop came {7-Spades}{4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and Bouquet check-called a bet from Peters.

The turn brought the {3-Spades} and Bouquet checked again. Peters tossed in another bet of 180,000 and Bouquet still called. The river was the {8-Spades} and Bouquet checked for the third time. Peters dipped into the tank for over three minutes before announcing all in.

Bouquet was left with a decision for his remaining stack of 640,000 chips and he also spent plenty of time in the tank. After five minutes had passed, the clock was finally called and Bouquet was down to just 30 seconds. With the time running out, Bouquet made the call and Peters showed {9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for complete air. Bouquet turned over {q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for just two pair and was awarded the pot.

Top 5 Poker Movies You Must Watch

Level 29 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Over the past century, poker has permeated pop culture, especially when it comes to motion pictures. Long before the Poker Boom, and even before the World Series of Poker (WSOP) was a thing, poker had already made its big screen debut.

Over the decades, poker fans have been treated to a plethora of poker movies, some good and others not so much. Some well-received poker films include the western comedy Maverick (1994), Survivor host Jeff Probsts debut film Finders Fee (2001), the improv-inspired The Grand (2007), indie comedy darling Hitting the Nuts (2010), and the high-profile Hollywood flick Mollys Game (2017).

All of those are among the best poker movies of all time, and if this article was Top 10 instead of Top 5 Poker Movies, chances are theyd make the final list. However, the PokerNews crew got together, along with input from social media, to determine the top five must-watch poker movies of all time.

Andy Wilson raised it up to 125,000 in middle position and George James ripped all in for 445,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Wilson asked for a count before making the call.

George James: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Andy Wilson: {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

Despite having the dominating preflop hand, James was out-flopped on the {j-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop. The {10-Diamonds} and {4-Diamonds} runout was not enough for James to recover and he was bounced from the tournament.
