Ogura Chops With Chen

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

On a heads-up turn of A?Q?8?10?, Fei Chen checked out of the small blind and then called a bet worth 85,000 by Takashi Ogura in the big blind. The 10? on the river paired the board and killed any further action as both checked. Chen tabled the A?6? and Ogura chopped with his A?3?.

One Big Stack Table in Play

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

The first half of level 12 concluded without any elimination or late entry, only Eng Soon Ewe finally appeared to take his seat.

One table in particular has plenty of big stacks involved and Sriharsha Doddapaneni no longed sits atop the leaderboard. That role has been taken over by Wai Loon Ng, while William Teoh still sits on a very comfortable stack, too. Lun Loon can also be found there alongside Gary Thompson, who both sit just above the starting stack.

Loon claimed the last pot with a bet of 90,000 on the K?9?3?3? as Doddapaneni opted to fold.

Jia Jams Into Edoc

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

On a completed board of A?7?4?8?8?, William Jia made it 30,000 to go out of the big blind. Lester Edoc on the button raised it up to 140,000 only for Jia to then move all-in. The shove was for 295,000 and Edoc was visibly pained by the decision to then lay it down.

With the chips going into the middle before the flop, Wai Kiat Lee was the player at risk against Fei Chen but had the best of it in the following showdown.

Wai Kiat Lee: 10?10?
Fei Chen: A?8?

The 8?5?2? flop and 4? turn gave Chen more outs but he missed them all on the J? river.

Teoh Pounces Against the Chip Leaders

Level 12 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

William Teoh raised to 30,000 and Sriharsha Doddapaneni called out of the small blind. Wai Loon Ng then three-bet to 150,000 in the big blind only for Teoh to announce a reraise to 600,000. That forced out Doddapaneni while Ng went into the tank. He used two time bank extensions and folded.
