Luo Wins a Small One as Blinds Rise

Both the small blind and Luo checked to the raiser, who looked unhappy to have picked up so many customers and checked to the button who also checked, bringing in the 
turn.
After the small blind checked again Luo took a stab for 250 and that was enough to get everyone else to bow out and the Chinese player padded out his stack and climbed to 17,000 just as the blinds went up.
