An Orbit w/ Daniel Negreanu

We thought it might be fun to observe Daniel Negreanu for an orbit, which meant six hands given there are six players at his table. He began with right around 195,000. Here's how things played out:

Hand #1 (Big Blind): Cary Katz raised to 3,000 from the button and won the hand after Negreanu folded from the big blind.

Hand #2 (Small Blind): David Peters raised the button and then called when Negreanu three-bet to 13,000. Both players then checked the flop before Negreanu bet 20,000 on the turn. Peters called and then both players returned to checking on the river. Negreanu showed the for a missed flush, and Peters tabled the for a missed flush of his own, but also for a winning pair of sevens.

Hand #3 (Button): Justin Bonomo raised to 2,500 under the gun and Negreanu folded the button.

Hand #4 (Cutoff): Peters raised to 2,500 from the hijack and Negreanu popped it to 8,500. The button and blinds all folded, Peters called, and the flop fell . Peters checked, Negreanu bet 5,500, and Peters woke up with a check-raise to 20,000. Negreanu folded.

Hand #5 (Hijack): Negreanu opened for 3,000 and Cary Katz defended from the big blind. The two proceeded to check it down as the board ran out and "Kid Poker" won the pot with his .
