Aces No Good for Duthie

John Duthie limped in, as did small blind Noah Boeken. Markus Golser made it 1,600 from the big blind -- and then Duthie reraised him to 5,200, leaving himself maybe 7,000 behind. Boeken got out of the way faster than Snoopy heading for the buffet, and Golser gave him a funny look and called.

Both players checked the {5-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {Q-Spades} flop, and indeed the {J-Diamonds} turn as well. Come the {5-Diamonds} river, Golser announced all in, was told he couldn't do that, and settled for a pot-sized bet, which either way covered Duthie. All of this happened very fast. Duthie chuckled, and folded {A-Spades} {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {9-Spades} face up. Golser declined to show, but assured the table that his hand had been, "Really, really good."

Erich Kollmann Eliminated

We've lost another player from the Omaha High Rollers event.

Erich Kollmann raised to 700 preflop and received three callers in Tony G (button), Mark Vos (small blind) and Noah Boeken (big).

Flop = {6-Clubs}{K-Spades}{10-Spades}

Kollman continue bet for 2,200, only for Tony G to announce reraise and push forward a column of yellow one thousand chips. Vos and Boeken both stepped out the way, and Kollman moved all in for very little more.

"Pair of queens," announced Tony G with a smirk.

Kollmann = {Q-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{A-Spades}
Tony G = {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{3-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}

The {5-Spades} turn sealed the deal and made the {4-Hearts} river academic, whilst Kollman could but gather his belongings and exit stage left.

Dinner Break

Like Ross and Rachel, the players are currently on a break, the dinner break in fact, and shall return in 45 minutes with their bellies braced to explode.

Meanwhile, the High Rollers event remains in full swing with Austria's own Markus Golser leading the way.
