Ben Gets Savage

Ben Savage has just taken a massive hit to his stack in a tilt-inducing hand that has stirred up a little bit of controversy in what was otherwise a bit of a lull in proceedings.

With the blinds at 150/300, Savage tossed out a single purple 500-denomination chip from the small blind without declaring "raise". This was ruled as a single oversized-chip and ruled as a call.

Savage then let rip with an heated outburst towards the dealer as his intention was to raise. The floor was called and ruled in favour of the dealer as Savage continued with his outburst. Guzzardi checked his option and they took a flop of {5-Spades}

Guzzardi led out for 400 and Savage made the call. The turn was the {J-Clubs}

and Guzzardi checked to Savage who fired 1,000. Guzzardi check-raised all in and Savage thought for a few moments before making the call.
