We are now set for the final 32 shootout with the elimination of Milan Gurung.

Gurung got the victory in the Pot Limit Omaha event last night, but couldn't back it up with a Hold'em victory today after running into Ben Savage.

Preflop Gurung with {3-Clubs}{3-Spades} moved all in over the top of a Savage raise. Savage made the call with {K-Spades}{j-Diamonds}.

Savage managed to flop two diamonds on the {a-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop. Another on the turn {8-Diamonds} and finally made his runner-runner flush on the river {10-Diamonds}.

Savage adds another 26,000 to his stack heading into the shoot-out round.

Delaney Busts Another

Ben Delaney opened from the hijack to 3,000 and an opponent shoved for 14,000. Delaney went into the tank before calling with {Q-?}{8-?} off-suit and found his opponent holding {A-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs} to ship a 30,000ish pot his way and send an opponent to the rail.

Guzzardi Holds

Michael Guzzardi is now up to 48,000 chips after doubling through Daniel Francis.

In a raised pot, Francis shoved all in over the top of Guzzardi's bet on a flop of {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. Guzzardi made the call with {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} but would need to dodge some cards as Francis was drawing big with {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} and river the {Q-Spades} and Guzzardi takes it down.

"I like your style!" complemented Guzzardi as he raked in the chips. Francis is still in good shape with 30,000 chips.

Khouiss Races Out The Door

Sam Khouiss has just departed the tournament floor amidst an tirade of expletives directed towards his opponent.

"How the f*#k do you call with ace-jack? Ace-king ok. Ace-queen maybe. But ace-f#@king-jack?" uttered Khouiss following his pocket nines losing the preflop race with his opponent's {A-Spades}{J-Clubs} when the board ran out {10-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}.

Victory For The Online Team

Earlier on today Lynn Gilmartin caught up with some of the members of the victorious Online Team from the PokerNetwork.com Live vs Online Challenge.

The guys have proved it was no fluke as the likes of Andrew Jeffreys, Michael Guzzardi and Ben Delaney are still prominent in this evening's event.
