PokerNews Cup Main Event Day 1a Kicks Off in 30 Minutes!
The long-anticipated PokerNews Cup is about to kick off the first of its four opening days in 30 minutes at King's Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic. It is expected that at least 100 players will pony up the €250 buy-in for the event with the potential of many more re-entering due to late registration remaining open during the first 10 blind levels.
The PokerNews Cup Main Event is one of the best low buy-in tournaments of the year due to its huge €200,000 prize pool. In addition to today, Day 1b will take place on Nov. 20 at 17:00 CET, Day 1c begins on Nov. 21 at 14:00 CET, and the turbo-charged Day 1d commences on Nov. 21 at 21:00 CET.
Re-entries are available each day, with players that survive any of the opening days to regroup for Day 2 on Nov. 22 at 14:00. The winner of the PokerNews Cup Main Event will be crowned at the conclusion of Day 3 on Nov. 23.
The last PokerNews Cup Main Event attracted 1,550 players around the world back in February 2015 - also at King's Casino. It was Germany's Christian Krupp navigating his way through the field to win the coveted trophy as well as the top prize of €57,473.
