The Battle of the High Cards
Dimitrios Gkikoulis and Georgios Efthimiadis started a battle from earlier today and in both hands we saw they had high cards and no connection to the board.
At first, Efthimiadis was the winner when he called his opponent's check-raise on the flop and bet the turn to take down the pot. The board was reading

This time Gkikoulis defended from the big blind, after Efthimiadis raised preflop acting first. The flop came

The came on the river and both players checked with Gkikoulis scooping the pot with ace-queen, which means that they both had again just a high card, since Efthimiadis mucked.
