The 2017 PokerStars Championship Barcelona €10,300 High Roller attracted a field of 557 entries including 431 unique players and just 34 of them remain for the final day with the lion's share of the juicy €5,402,900 prize pool still up for grabs. The top 79 spots were paid and all Day 3 players have €25,380 locked up for their efforts, while the elusive High Roller trophy and €1,036,800 first prize awaits for the winner.

Leading the field into Day 3 is 27-year-old Ronny Kaiser, who took down the EPT8 Tallinn Main Event for €275,000. Kaiser established a solid lead over the rest of the field after bagging up 2,696,000 last night. Luis Rodriguez sits in second place 1,893,000 and the Spanish pro is known on the virtual felt by his moniker "Turko_man" on PokerStars, belonging to the exclusive 12-member group of two-time Sunday Million champions.

Other big stacks and notables still in contention in a field filled with the biggest names of poker in Europe and worldwide are Boris Kolev (1,370,000), Parker "tonkaaaa" Talbot (1,358,000), the 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event third place finisher Benjamin Pollak (1,353,000), Quan Zhou (1,189,000), PokerStars Team Pro Jake Cody (1,080,000), JC Alvarado (840,000), Christoph Vogelsang (739,000), Sam Grafton (658,000) and Jakub Michalak (579,000) to name just a few.

The action resumes at 12.30 p.m. local time with level 21 and blinds of 10,000/20,000 with a running ante of 3,000. All levels last 60 minutes each, but may be shortened in the later stages of the night depending on the progress of the tournament. The PokerNews live reporting team will be there to provide all the action from the floor until a champion is crowned.
