In 90 minutes from now as of 12.30 p.m. local time, Day 2 of the 2017 PokerStars Championship presented by Monte-Carlo Casino? �25,750 High Roller will recommence with 95 players out of a 143-entry strong field remaining. However, all of those numbers are not final yet, as the registration remains open for another three levels until approximately 3.50 p.m. local time at "Le Sporting" in the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort.

So far, 126 players entered and 17 of them fired the optional single re-entry in the Principality of Monaco. Those that busted just once can join the action again while all others are out of the running for the guaranteed first-place prize of $1,000,000.

The registration will officially close at the start of level 11, and the prize pool will then be finalized. The tournament is played with a 30-second shot clock and all participants have three one-minute time bank cards, an additional time bank card will be granted to all participants that are still in at the start of level 11 and at the start of Day 3 tomorrow. In total, Day 2 will feature the following 11 levels of 60 minutes each.

Leading the field of survivors thus far is EPT10 Vienna Main Event champion Oleksii Khoroshenin with 208,000. Canada's Daniel Dvoress follows with less than one big blind behind (207,100), and Max Silver (202,400) is the only other player with more than four times the starting stack until now. EPT11 Deauville High Roller champion Josip Simunic (195,500), Justin Bonomo (183,300), Julian Stuer (176,000), Erik Seidel (165,500), Charlie Carrel (143,000), Byron Kaverman (130,200), Dan Colman (128,700), Ryan Riess (110,500) and Mustapha Kanit (101,800) are just a few of the big names of the international poker circuit that advanced to Day 2 with an above-average stack.

The Red Spade will be represented by the PokerStars Team Pros Daniel Negreanu (150,800), Felipe Ramos (100,200), Liv Boeree (95,800), Jason Mercier (91,100), and Igor Kurganov (71,000) advance. Vanessa Selbst was eliminated mid-way through Day 1 and may re-enter in the first three levels today.

Notables expected to join the field again on their second bullet are [Removed:17], Ramin Hajiyev, Fabrice Soulier, Jason Wheeler, Thiago Crema, Igor Yaroshevskyy, Salman Behbehani and Ihar Soika. They will receive 50 big blinds when entering the first level of Day 2, with blinds of 500/1,000 and a running ante of 100.
