"Oh my god, he might win it with the ducks," the rail of Johnson said. However, Del Piero paired up on the flop and stayed in the lead for the turn and river to double up for 1,005,000. Back to square one.

The river saw Johnson bet 310,000 and Del Piero tossed in a single chip for the call. Johnson turned over for a straight and scooped back the previous losses.
It would get even better for Johnson right after that. On the turn he called a bet of 150,000 by Del Piero and did so again for 230,000 on the river. Del Piero tapped the table in defeat and mucked his cards to find himself on a 1-4 chip disadvantage.
In a limped pot, Enzo Del Piero and Joe Johnson checked the flop. Del Piero then check-called the turn bet of Johnson for 75,000 before checking again the river. Johnson checked behind and Del Piero won the pot with .
The next hand, Del Piero raised to 125,000 and Johnson called. On the flop, both checked. Johnson led the turn for 110,000 and Del Piero called before Johnson fired another bet on the river.
It looked as it the bet was for 250,000, but Del Piero didn't ask for any count but announced all in within a few seconds. Johnson let go as quickly and Del Piero somewhat closed the gap.
Harry Lodge eventually got chipped down all the way to 550,000 and open-shoved the small blind. Enzo Del Piero peeked at his cards and called to put Lodge at risk in a battle of the two shorter stacks.

The flop was almost as bad as it could get for Lodge, but he picked up some outs on the turn. The river initially let Joe Johnson's rail gasp, but then they saw the flush for Del Piero as well. Lodge was eliminated in 3rd place for ��36,150 and the event is now heads up with a 2-1 lead for Johnson.
