Double and Triple Drama Leaves Cully Empty-Handed
In what might have become the hand of the chip lead, Jake Cully has been eliminated in dramatic fashion while Scott Hanna first doubled and then tripled up the very next hand.
Hand 1
Scott Hanna open-shoved for his last 8,100 and Cully called out of the big blind.

The board ran out and the eight on the river saved Hanna.
Hand 2

He stood up from his chair, sighed for a second and then announced all in. The dealer verified the decision with the Brit and it was back on D'Alterio, who eventually called after a minute of consideration.

The board fell and Hanna found a straight to triple up. Cully was covered by D'Alterio, who scooped the bigger side pot.
