Welcome to MICOOP Event #23: $250 NLHE 6-Max Championship
PokerNews coverage of the 2021 Michigan Championship of Online Poker (MICOOP) continues today with MICOOP Event #23: $250 NLHE 6-Max Championship Trophy Event.
The action is set to begin at 8 p.m. EST with starting stacks of 25,000 and 80/160/20 blinds and antes. Levels will last for 10 minutes for the first five levels and then increase to 12 minutes from level six onward.
Late registration will be available until 11 p.m. EST and players may re-enter up to three times during the late-registration period. Players will go on five-minute breaks at the top of each hour and play will remain six-handed until the final table – which will begin seven-handed.
There are 12 entries so far with about an hour until the tournament starts, including Eric "Emans5000" Manssur and Mike "PeppSee" Long — who took down Event #14: $75 NLHE [6-Max, PKO, Super Sonic], $8K GTD earlier in the series. With a guaranteed $30k prizepool, we expect that number to grow steadily up through late registration.
Stay tuned as PokerNews will be providing you with live updates throughout the event!
