At 7:05 p.m. CEST, Day 1 of the 2020 PokerStars Stadium Series Freezeout Weekly Final - High: $2,100 NLHE starts as the last weekly final of this series as the Grand Final will take place next week. The final with the biggest buy-in of all the weekly finals comes with a hefty $1,500,000 guaranteed prize pool and more tickets to the Grand Final for the players who reach the final table in this tournament.

In the high editions Michael "munchenHB" Telker and Alisson "heyalisson" Piekazewicz have walked away with the wins already. With first-place prizes of $$157,004 and $234,451, the winner of this week's final is set to add a nice chunk of cash to their bankroll too. Overall, the Stadium Series has already awarded over $24,000,000 million in prizes and quite a few more are going to be added to that tally over the next days.

Players will get 100,000 in chips when they buy-in and can register once for the first five hours and 35 minutes of play. Level duration will remain at 20 minutes until the final 40 players are left in the tournament. Things will then go up to 25 minutes and increase to 30 minutes once the final table has been reached. Day 1 will end when the money has been reached while Day 2 will come to a stop once the final table has been finalized.

The PokerStars Twitch Stream will also be broadcasting the Stadium Series action with hole cards on a 30-minute security delay. Commentary will be delivered by the duo of James Hartigan and Joe Stapleton with a bunch of guest commentators.

PokerNews will be there from the first raise until the bubble has burst today so stick around for all the action right here.
