Out of a starting field of 275 hopefuls on day 1 of Event #6: $400 Monster Triple Stack at the Potomac Winter Poker Open, just 28 return for the second and final day.
Currently leading the pack is none other than WSOP bracelet winner Lara Eisenberg, who takes her seat with a cool 2,685,000. Jacob Mitich, who endured quite a swingy day 1, ended up with a big stack of 1,830,000 that seems him return for day 2 second in chips. Rounding out the top three is local player Yinwoo Ahn with 1,725,000.
The vast majority of the $91,770 prizepool has yet to be awarded as only the top 30 finishes were guaranteed a slice of the pie. Everyone still remaining has secured at least $597 with $22,298 allocated for the last person standing.

Play resumes on Wednesday, February 1st at 12 p.m. Blind levels on day 2 will continue to be 30-minutes in length with play continuing at Level 23 with blinds of 20,000/40,000 with a 40,000 big blind ante. Given the shallow average stack size, expect the pace of play to be fast and furious throughout the day.
