HPT Champion William McCracken Takes Early Lead

Bolivar, Missouri resident William McCracken (pictured) has taken the chip lead early in the first flight.
Known by "Shawn" as well as "William," depending on the venue, the RGPS veteran has bagged the Day 1 chip lead in the RunGood Main Event more than once. His biggest score was in October 2017 when he took down the title and $91,123 in the HPT's $1,650 Main Event at the Ameristar in Kansas City.
McCracken has three RGPS Main Event final tables on his resumè, including a second-place finish in September 2016 for $28,833.
