Pham then tossed out 35,000, which was enough to cover Nguyen who quickly tossed out his remaining chips to put himself at risk.
The two players then had a standoff where neither player would table their cards, with the dealer telling them multiple times to do so. Pham finally flipped over Q?J? and Nguyen responded by tabling a superior A?Q?.
The river came the A? to further improve Nguyen and he was awarded the pot for a big double-up.
