Welcome to Day 1b of the RunGood Poker Series Jacksonville $1,200 Main Event. Todays flight is the second of three opening days of the tournament, and if yesterdays action is an indicator of whats to come, bestbet Jacksonville is in for another incredible day of poker.

Josh Wang bagged the biggest stack of Day 1a, earning 689,000 chips to take into Sundays Day 2 after winning a massive pot on the last hand of the night when he called Peter Millers all-in on the river with the bottom end of a four-liner straight vs Millers single pair, which sent Miller to the rail.

There were 103 total entrants in yesterday's Day 1a with 15 of those finding bags but the play ended just right outside of the money bubble.

Day 1b will get cards in the air at 12:00 noon local time with 14 40-minute levels scheduled, however, it is possible to end earlier if 12.5% of the field is reached, at which point play will be stopped.

Players will start their day with 30,000 chips at opening blinds of 100/200 with no big blind ante until the start of level 2. Registration will remain open until the start of Level 10 which will be approximately 7:30 p.m. and re-entries are unlimited.

Players will have a 15-minute break after every third level, with a 60-minute dinner break at the end of Level 9.

The tournament has a $300,000 guarantee and after 103 entries on Day 1a, this tournament is sure to smash the expected prize pool.

Players who survive Day 1b with a short stack will have the opportunity to play in Day 1c in hopes of accumulating a bigger stack to take to Day 2 instead.

Be sure to stay with PokerNews for live reporting from each day of action until the first-ever RGPS Jacksonville Main Event champion is crowned.
