RGPS Main Event Day 1b Kicks off at 11 a.m.;1c at 5 p.m.
With one starting day down and two more to go, the RGPS Kansas City $1,100 Main Event is primed for an even larger field than yesterday. Shane Fuller and his chip lead of 568,000 will be the bag to beat as players battle it out throughout the day.
As Grant Hinkle and Blair Hinkle bagged in Flight 1A, the remaining Rungood Ambassador team of Preston McEwen, Caitlin Comeskey, and Kris Burchfield will all be playing in today's flights.
The second of three starting flights is set to begin today at 11 a.m. local time with the third and final flight to begin at 5 p.m. As with the first flight, play will resume until 12.5% of the field remains, at which point the players will bag up to return tomorrow for Day 2.
Players will start with 30,000 in chips and levels will be 30 minutes long starting at blinds of 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante.
There are unlimited reentries for this event and registration will be open until the start of Level 9 where the length will then switch to 40 minutes per level. There will also be a short 10-15 minute break approximately every 2 hours (every four levels until Level 9; every three afterward).
The PokerNews reporting team will continue to provide all of the updates in this RGPS Main Event until a winner is crowned tomorrow so stay tuned!
