Day 2 of RGPS Tunica Main Event Fires off at High Noon

Three starting flights for the RGPS Tunica $600 Main Event have played to their conclusion over the last two days, with 82 players set to return today at high noon to play down to a winner from the 661 entries generated throughout the weekend. An official prize pool has still yet to be released but rest assured it will be well over the $200,000 Guarantee.
Day 1c chip leader Devin Wells (848,000) comes into Day 2 with the chip lead, finishing in the tournament's final flight roughly nine hours prior to play resuming. Rounding out the top five behind him are Day 1a chip leader Truman Weatherly (723,00), Cory Smith (644,000), Day 1b chip leader Carl Masters (625,000) and Shannon Hamblen (554,500).

Three RunGood Ambassadors have made the cut in the form of Preston McEwen (202,000), Cody Stanford(124,000), and Bart Bogard (165,000). RGPS PoY frontrunner Brian Winter (538,000) also comes into Day 2 sixth in chips and is looking for another deep run to solidify his stature at the top of the leaderboard.
Play will resume with 12:06 left in Level 14 with blinds at 3,000/6,000,6,000 and level length will be increasing to 40 minutes for all of Day 2.
