Other RGPS ring winners Shaun Emery, Duster Ellis, Jacob Long, and Jaymie Virtusio will also be firing their shots today along with Daniel Lowery, Craig Welko, and Jeff Copeland.

As with Day 1a, players will begin the tournament with 30,000 in chips with blinds beginning at 100/200 and a 200 big blind ante. Levels will last 30 minutes each with a 10-minute break occurring after every four until Level 8. After Level 8, registration will close and the levels will be upped to 40 minutes, with a 10-minute break occurring after every three levels. Play will conclude once the field has shrunk to 12.5% remaining. Players will bag after that with the intention to return to play on Day 2 on Sunday, September 29 at 12 p.m.
