Coming into Day 2 with the overall chip lead will be Day 1c leader and bracelet winner Michael Lech, who will unbag 827,000 when the day kicks off and after staying at the top of the counts for a large portion of the second half of the day, he'll surely be looking to continue that tread and ride it all the way to a championship. Right behind him with 607,000 will be Jacob Corral, also from the 1c flight along with the Day 1a chip leader, Jackson Turrentine, who rounds out the top three stacks returning for Day 2 with 554,000.

No one remaining will have an easy road to victory, though, as a number of notable players will be in the Day 2 field as well, including Jael Lewis (541,000), Liam Gannon (151,000), Ben Burnett (531,000), Sandra Main (418,000), Tyler Barnes (357,000) and RunGood Poker Series Ambassadors Daniel Lowery (328,000), Julie Cornelius (197,000), Mike Murphy (131,000) and Greg Raymer (100,000), all of whom will be taking their seats in an attempt to chase down victory as well. One player who will not be joining the Day 2 field will be defending champion Pete Petree, who bubbled the final flight, bringing an end to his defense run at the very end of the night.

Day 1c may have had the largest field but still ended earlier than the previous two flights. Play ended with 2:57 left on the clock in level 14 with blinds at 3,000/6,000 and a 6,000 big blind ante. The 63 surviving players will start play again on Sunday, October 15th at 12:00 p.m. in the poker room. Going forward, blind levels will be 40 minutes long and play will continue until a new champion has been crowned, so keep it locked to PokerNews for the exciting conclusion to the RGPS Tulsa Main Event!
