"Uneventful Start" For Barstool Nate
Barstool Nate took his seat about halfway through level two after finishing up with the RunGood Family dinner, a tradition during the RGPS main events.
After a few minutes and some losing hands, Nate raised to 400 from the middle position.
"I've played three hands and I've lost three hands," he said shortly before raising.
He got one caller from the small blind.
The flop came and the small blind checked. Nate bet 500 and his opponent called.
The turn was the and Nate bet 1,200 after the small blind checked again. This time the small blind folded.
Nate raised the next hand, making it 400 to go again.
He got called from the big blind and went heads up to the flop.
The big blind check-called 500.
The turn was the and the big blind checked again. Nate bet 1,100 and took down the pot to make it two in a row.
On the third hand, Nate raised again. Another raise to 400, but this time he was three-bet by the player to his immediate left. Paul Strohm called the 1,100 from the big blind and Nate also called.
The three players checked the flop.
Strohm led for 2,500 when the hit the turn.
Both Nate and the three-bettor folded and Strohm took down the pot.
