Day 1B of Event #5: $1,650 Deepest Stack No-Limit Hold'em Gets Underway at 11 a.m.
Welcome to the second flight of Event #5: $1,650 Deepest Stack No-Limit Hold'em. Yesterday's flight attracted 65 entries in with 16 players finding a bag for Day 2. Brandon Duvdivani bagged the chip lead with a stack of 401,000.
There is a $300,000 guarantee in the prize pool. Players will begin with 50,000 in chips and will battle it out for 14 levels of 40 minutes each on all starting days. There will be a 15-minute break every three levels with a scheduled 60-minute dinner break at the completion of Level 9, at approximately 5:30 p.m.
This is a re-entry event. If a player is eliminated from the tournament, he will have to the option re-enter for the same or susbsequent starting day. Late registration and re-entries will be available until the start of Day 2.
The last flight for this event will take place on Saturday May 25 at 11 a.m. The survivors of the three flights will combine on Sunday May 26 at 12 p.m. for Day 2.
