Niedelman Eliminates Phan in Three-Way All-In Pot

Jeff Niedelman was sitting in a big stack when he opened for 1,200. The player on the button called and then Harvey Ayers three-bet to 5,800 from the small blind, leaving himself 8,000 or so back.
Tuan Phan was in the big and proceeded to four-bet all in for roughly 25,000.
"Let's gamble," Niedelman said and spiked in his big stack. The player on the button got out of the way, Ayers called off, and all three players tabled their hands.

Ayers was out in front and shipped the triple after the board ran out . However, Niedelman paired his eight to win the side pot and send Phan to the rail.
